Mark Taylor, MBA, DLP, is the nation's leading authority on logistics and supply chain management, with 30 years of experience consulting for thousands of organizations. He is the founder and president of TAYLOR Systems Engineering Corporation and the author of the only two books ever written on the subject of computerized shipping systems. His latest publication is the New Millennium Edition of Computerized Shipping Systems: Increasing Profit and Productivity Through Technology. Taylor has been featured as the industry expert in the New York Times and has been interviewed on ABC News.
