Jordan Colletta, Vice President of e-Commerce Marketing, is responsible for the marketing activities of UPS’ e-Commerce solutions and ups.com. Jordan is refining UPS’s e-Commerce strategy, as well as delivering new solutions through the development of Internet-based technologies, applications and wireless access. These solutions include UPS’ broad portfolio of Shipping, Billing, International Trade Tool and Visibility capabilities.

Under Jordan’s direction, the e-commerce marketing team provides valued-added information products which allow customers to directly integrate their business processes with those of UPS. UPS is working to provide its customers with access to timely information services, allowing the seamless movement of goods, funds and information and which contribute to a one-to-one customer experience.

In Jordan's previous role as Vice President of e-Commerce Sales, which he held for 5 years, he oversaw field sales of e-Commerce capabilities. This previous assignment was a natural progression to his current role.

Since joining UPS in 1975, Jordan has worked through the ranks. He began his career as an administrative employee in the UPS tracking department, spent three years in delivery operations and has spent over 24 years in various sales and marketing positions across the U.S. and Canada.

During his tenure at UPS, Jordan has spent over 10 years developing customer-focused systems, which allowed customers to benefit from UPS’s global technological infrastructure that is comprised of the largest private database and largest private wireless network in the world.

Jordan received formal training in automotive systems in New Orleans, Louisiana, is an active public speaker and the past-president of the UPS Toastmasters organization.
