Abercrombie & Kent), SVP-Small Ship Cruising with Grand Circle Travel, CFO of RotorCraft Partnerships Ltd. (helicopters), vice president of Ramsay, Scarlett & Co. (cargo shipping), Scarlett Consulting (business consulting) and Honorary Swedish Consul in the District of Maryland. Charlie holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BA in American Studies from Washington College.
